Please review our terms carefully prior to making payment, as completing payment signifies acceptance of these conditions.

Complimentary Waiting Time Policy:

  • Airport Pickups:
    • Our drivers monitor flights to ensure they are present at the meeting point upon your arrival.
    • We allow a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes after the flight lands to accommodate customs and baggage retrieval.
  • Standard Pickups:
    • A complimentary waiting time of 20 minutes is provided.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 4 to 2 days before service: 20% Fee
  • 47 to 24 hours before service: 50% Fee
  • Less than 24 hours before service: 100% Fee
  • We strive to be flexible and assess the circumstances surrounding cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy for Chauffeur Services and Events:

  • Less than 4 days before service: 100% Fee

Change Surcharges:

  • Modifications made less than 24 hours prior to the service may result in partial or full surcharges.

Liability Insurance:

  • All licensed vehicles in our fleet are covered by €50 million liability insurance.

Legal Clause:

  • In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD), and other applicable regulations on personal data protection, we inform you that Chauffeur Barcelona will process the personal data you provide.
  • The data is processed to maintain, develop, monitor, and execute the contractual relationship for services as outlined in the agreement.
  • Processing is conducted exclusively to fulfill the contract, and data will be stored indefinitely for archival purposes as long as mutual interest exists.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties unless legally mandated.
  • You may withdraw consent for data processing at any time. However, exercising this right will result in contract termination, as data processing is necessary for its execution.
  • You also have the right to request access, rectification, deletion, portability, or restrict/object to the processing of your data by contacting Chauffeur Barcelona at info@chauffeurbarcelona.com.
  • If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).
  • Chauffeur Barcelona ensures compliance with current data protection laws, implementing robust security measures to protect your data.
  • All staff handling personal data at Chauffeur Barcelona are well-versed in data protection practices.
